Flash is Splash's big brother. Both hulls are equal. Only the Flash's rigging - and therewith also its sail and boom - is larger. The Flash's sail area is 7 m2.

The Flash has no age limits. A mix of ages leads to a nice and sporty atmosphere in the Flash class. A lot of former Splash-sailors who wish to continue sailing after having reached the maximum Splash-age sail the Flash. They buy a new sail and boom and move on to the new class. The Flash forms an affordable solution for these sailors.
